I felt very welcomed when entering Enigma Medi Spa. They treat you just like family! I hadn't had a facial for over a year and I was kinda nervous. I didn't know what to expect and was out of my comfort zone. Annie, a young receptionist at the front desk, set me at ease. My esthetician, Victoria, was extremely knowledgeable and had a calming presence. I heard extractions were very painful, but she had a soft touch and it was a seamless process. I am very happy with the results and I will certainly be coming back. Thank you very much to everyone at Enigma Medi Spa for the skin care I received at your place!

I have always had a good experience at Engmia. The people are friendly and skilled. The prices are great. No complaints at all.

I AM VERY UNPLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I HAD PURCHASED A GROUPON FOR SIX TREATMENTS ON A EXTRA LARGE AREA WHICH WAS STILL A COUPLE OF DOLLARS I SAVED UP TO BE ABLE TO PURCHASE. I WAS DIAGNOSED WITH THIS CONDITION CALLED HERSUTIUSM WHICH IS EXCESSIVE MALE LIKE HAIR GROWTH AND THE ONLY WAY TO REMOVE THIS IS WITH ELECTROLISYS OR LASER HAIR REMOVAL. THIS IS WHY I SAVED UP TO GET THIS DONE AND NOW MY MONEY WENT TO WASTE? I WAS ONLY ABLE TO GET ONE TREATMENT BECAUSE I GOT PREGNANT AND COULD NOT CONTINUE. I WAS TOLD I COULD CONTINUE MY TREATMENTS AFTER MY PREGNANCY. I HAD A MISCARRIAGE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. I WAS AN EMOTIONAL WRECK AND DID NOT WANT TO EVEN LEAVE THE HOUSE AND THEN GOT PREGNANT AGAIN AND DECIDED TO NURSE. LONG STORY SHORT I CALLED BECAUSE I AM NO LONGER NURSING MY SON AND IM PHYSICALLY READY TO CONTINUE MY TREATMENTS. THEY TOOK MY CONTACT INFORMATION AND ITS BEEN TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AND I HAVENT HEARD FROM THEM. EVERYTIME I CALL THEY SAY THEY HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MANAGER TO BE IN. BUT TWO AND A HALF WEEKS AND SHES STILL NOT AROUND? COME ON NOW. CAN YOU NOT CALL HER? THE GROUPON SPECIFIES THAT THE AMOUNT PAID DOES NOT EXPIRE SO WHAT IS GOING ON? LOOKS LIKE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT TO ME. I AM SO UNPLEASED WITH THEM GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND. I HOPE TO HEAR FROM THEM SOON AND IF I DO I WILL GLADLY UPDATE THIS REVIEW BUT AS IN FOR NOW MY ADVICE IS: DO NOT PURCHASE THESE GROUPON OFFER BECAUSE THE STAFF IS VERY INCONSIDERATE OF THE SACRIFICE A PERSON LIKE MYSELF HAS TO MAKE IN ORDER TO PURCHASE A TREATMENT AND DONT SEEM TO UNDERSTAND THE LOW SELF ESTEEM WHEN IT COMES TO MY EXCESSIVE HAIR GROWTH.

UPDATE: THEY DID CALL ME AND I WAS ABLE TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. HOPEFULLY IT ALL GOES GREAT AND I DO NOT HAVE ANY FURTHER PROBLEMS. IVE SEEN REVIEWS STATING THAT THE LADY THAT DOES THE LASER TREATMENTS IS SOMEWHAT PREJUDICE AND ATLEAST FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT SHE WAS VERY KIND. HOPEFULLY THIS TIME AROUND AS WELL. ILL MAKE SURE I GIVE AN UPDATE TROUGH THE PROCESS OF MY LASER HAIR REMOVAL TREATMENTS AND THAT I DO HAVE POSITIVE RESULTS LIKE SHE MENTIONED THE FIRST TIME ACCORDING TO MY SKIN TONE AND THE COLOR OF MY HAIR. IF EVERYTHING DOES GO PERFECT I WILL CONTINUE TREATMENTS IN OTHER AREAS IN THIS LOCATION.

My coworker, Maria  Rodriquez recommended me Enigma Medi Spa as the best place for laser hair removal. I was scarred to do it, but was so tired of suffering from ingrown hairs from waxing that finally decided to buy a Groupon deal. I am on my second treatment and already noticed less hair and smoother skin. It really works and I am thinking to add my lower legs starting from September. As I learned from my laser technician I can not do the legs if they are tanned in order to prevent a side effect. Accordingly I will be starting my legs in September. Right choice!

I had a terrible experience. The regular person doing laser hair removal wasn't there for my appointment because she had a doctor's appointment. Helen tells me that most Indian people come out looking like zebras with stripes after laser hair removal at their facility. She said 50% of all patients all ethnicities get folliculitis, inflammation, and some develop skin infections after treatment.  She has a coffee in 1 hand and laser machine in the other.  No thanks! I felt discriminated against, and I felt it was unprofessional.  I left without any services performed and count myself lucky. 

Update 7/16/17 : Helen is the owner of the business, and she contacted me this morning that she is in fact licensed in laser hair removal.
