I ordered Semi Di Lino Illuminating Smoothing Cream, 6 tubes but was sent a different product.  It would have been nice if they just told me they did not have the product I ordered in stock.  To send a totally different product without my consent is very poor business practice.

My experience at the ultra beauty day spa was terrible to say the least!  First informals I booked  two massages and two facials For my boyfriend and I.  Our appointments were booked for 7 o'clock for massages and 8 o'clock for a facial which they both take an hour each. They close at 9:00pm so there for we both  received about 45 minutes of massages,  in about less than 30 minutes for a "facial"  that I can even call a facial it was a disgrace and the product they use on my face was actually burning my face!  So the lady you got very nervous she wipe the cream for my face and  skip the whole X foliating process,  massage my face with an oil and  A couple minutes later finish the process with a moisturizer.  So basically I didn't get a facial and when I Asked for Eye cream she act shocked and didn't know what I was talking about so she just gave me a sample  Of what appeared to be an eye cream that she didn't even use on me!  It was just a total disaster and to top that off they rushed us out of there!  I also mentioned to her why they were you guys rushing us if were paying for  A service that we're not even get and we're being rushed out of the store and her answer was we have things to do as well!  It was very sad I was very upset it was Valentine's Day and it was supposed to be a special day for my boyfriend and I! And it was just hell!  They are very rude  not professional at all!  This place is just a disaster do not waste your time because you will be very upset!  And not worth the money they are very expensive and very mediocre!  And that's my experience at the ultra beauty day spa stay away. God bless !

I went today for a wax EXCELLENT SERVICE she spoke to me the entire time and encouraged me she was as gentle as she could be when waxing the bikini area. The price was great as well!! I was comfortable and eager to come bak so i set my future appt.
