Angela Marie has been great!  She was very knowledgeable of the space we decorated!  In the beginning I didn’t know what I wanted.  She spent the time to get to know me and the look I wanted to accomplish.  Today it was all delivered on time.  The delivery men were so professional. I trusted her and boy am I glad I did !!!!!!!!!  Love the room and can’t wait to relax on my new sofa.  Already asking her for more decorating advice.

Made my first visit to Ennis Fine Furniture this afternoon hoping to purchase a dining table. Unfortunately, I walked through the whole showroom (upstairs and downstairs) saw a minimum  of three employees without one acknowledgment. Not impressed with their customer service. I guess I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

When I met Angela I had recently lost my home to fire.  There was a big sale going on and when I walked around looking at the furniture there were several hungry looking men following my every move.  I almost left but a nice young women approached and asked if she could help me.  Angela was kind and helpful without pressuring me to buy.  She took the time to get to know me a bit and seemed to care about my situation.  Once we got over that initial uncomfortable meeting she helped me to find furniture that met my needs and wants.  She helped to pull together a new house of furniture and then came the day my new house was ready and arrange everything to my satisfaction. She even made the new bed!  Three years later I still love every piece we put together for my new home.  She became a friend as well.  She is a a great asset to Ennis Fine Furniture and a very nice person.

We were very pleased with the service Angela Milligan provided us during the purchase of our dining room set. She was so pleasant, easy to deal with and very professional. She wasn’t pushy at all, but offered some really good suggestions and had answers to all of our questions. She made completing the transaction really easy because she was so efficient and detail-oriented. It was such a pleasure working with her.

We ordered 3 upholstered Thomasville pieces on Nov. 24th, and 2 of the 3 pieces came in on time but the 3rd was delayed due to fabric...it is now March 3rd and still waiting for it to be delivered.  What I'm displeased with is the lack of communication.  I have had to call my salesperson a few times...I expect when a piece of furniture is delayed that the salesperson should be calling me for status updates, not the other way around.  The reason I gave Ennis 3 stars is the high quality furniture they carry cannot be matched anywhere in Boise.  Also, it wasn't the stores fault that fabric was backordered, but again, my salesperson hasn't met our expectations due to lack of communication.
