Went into the store looking for a hotspot that would give us more GB. Salesperson told us we would have a total of 45 GB - up from 10 GB. However, this does not apply to an old 10 GB plan which we currently have. We are NOW locked into a 2 year contract on a hotspot device that is of no use to us. It appears the salesperson is not only ignorant about the plans, but did not even look at our plan to determine whether or not the hotspot would be of any benefit to us. We will never shop at this store again.

I have purchased many devices from this store. Staff is friendly enough but not sure they know exactly what they are doing. Always have issues with rebates and special offers that I don't get at the time of purchase. Currently waiting on an issue to get resolved.

Service was poir. A new employee quoted wrong price for upgrade. After ordering phone, we waited 2 weeks and no phone arrived. We went to office, and it took 3.. yes 3 hours for employee to hook up our phone while she had friends in office and her and manager kept talking to friend. Manager didn't assist new employee who kept talking and texting on her phone to friend as we waited for upgrade, to find out she quoted us only a $40 per month increase for new note 8 to find out it would be $100 more per month. In the meantime manager is outside on her cell smoking and chatting and new employee had to call district manager for help. We decided to cancel the whole thing and many people kept coming into store and leaving. After 3 hours, we left and spoke to the manager aND told her she lost customers and we were unhappy with the way things were handled and she said she was on PTO. ?...paid time off. Is thus the way to run a business? Poor girl in store alone with no help, customers inconvenienced and ready to stop Verizon altogether if this is how they operate.

Come here if you want to be railroaded into a contract with an outdated phone. Poor customer service, everything felt rushed, and was promised a promo which was not delivered on. Go to the Verizon outlet at the SierraTel Business Center in the Vons shopping center. Avoid this place.

Horrible staff! No customer service skills and a huge lack in product information, latest deals, what's available, etc. It's awful!
