Update: received a very helpful call from an apologetic manager who is doing his best to make the situation right. Updated from 1 to 4 stars. Original review: Terrible, terrible, terrible. Rude, unhelpful, ignorant salespeople, awful policies. Refusing to let me return a $30 item I didn't need after I bought $3000 worth of appliances from them.

It's great having a Sears in Oakhurst even though it's a very small store with limited inventory. I purchased a few appliances from them and each one had to be ordered and took anywhere from two to four weeks for it to come in and no one calls you when it comes in. This branch is definitely lacking in customer service and could use a refresher course on how to treat customers. I think this always comes from the top down.
