I am going here for allergy shots and they have been extremely sensitive to the fact that I'm a student and have a short budget. Every step of the way has been met with excellent customer service, notifying me of upcoming pricing, investigating an unknown $7 charge (which was refunded), and dealing with my school's health clinic who had questions regarding the treatment. Furthermore, the doctors and nurses have been approachable, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend ENT in Parsippany.

This medical office is high tech, has several different specialists to offer services and advise. Wait times are reasonable, staff is attentive and courteous.

I made an appointment online and then they changed the time on me. When I called to fix the problem the woman pretty much called me a liar and said that I chose 8:30am... when I had received a confirmation for 4pm a day earlier. She then asked if I wanted to cancel and I said yes... then she replied abruptly with a “fine” and SLAMMED the receiver down. It was inappropriate and not what you want in a doctor’s office.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here for acid reflux did have or want to spend a lot of money. They Assured me that the co pay was all I had to pay. I was in with the doctor for less then 5 minutes and they told me what I had already told them over the phone and they said they couldn't help me. Then a month later they sent me a bill for another $300 for nothing. This place is a scam do not go here.

Doctor's are great. Very friendly and always find the issue and resolve quickly. Can always get an appointment the same day. Con - be prepared for long waiting times
