The doctors here are very kind and have very good bed side manner. They are thorough and efficient. Dr Godin, is very knowledgeable and explains things well. Dr Sporter is amazing. He is handling the allergy portion and is incredibly helpful and caring. The nurse we met was a wonderful gentleman who put my brother at ease immediately, which is a feat sometimes, I was impressed with the staff and the care they provide.

The doctor recommended I get allergy shots, so I began the weekly visits to get those. After the 7th one, they tell me my insurance doesn't cover allergy shots, and since now I have a balance close to a thousand dollars I can't even go on a payment plan. They just cancel my appointment and don't even give me another chance to talk to the doctor. I've been suffering with terrible allergies my whole life and these incompetent idiots only added to my troubles. UPDATE: The problem I had was cleared up but only after contacting the corporate office, and arguing to the point of shouting with their practice site administrator to get him to follow through on what the corporate office promised me. I should also say the doctors & nurses there are fantastic, but the rest of the staff don't give a flying banana about the patients.
