With a multitude of urgent care/walk in style clinics in NYC, try somewhere else besides here. Staff is either new and not fully trained, or they are sloppy. My visit required a diagnostic test and the tech didn’t know how to explain to do the test at home. The other tech explained what to do correctly - except it was not the test the doctor wanted. They then sent me to a diagnostic test center, but didn’t send me with the paperwork to order the test. I wasted an hour on hold waiting for them to fax over what the doctor wanted me to do. Spend your co-pay somewhere else.

Getting sick while traveling is no fun. This place was great and so fast. The people were very nice and caring, and the Dr extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it to anyone in Midtown.

Brilliant! Visiting from out of town. Super great. Very efficient. No problem to get in and out in under an hour over lunch.

This was a very helpful medical visit. My PCP went awol and I was still symptomatic following an ER visit. The receptionist got me registered efficiently and quickly. I was seen by an MD quickly, who absorbed the details of my condition quickly and thoroughly, and who took charge of the situation to ameliorate my discomfort. The physical environment was clean, pleasant and the location accessible. I will return as needed and can wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

Doc was great. Quick in and out. Receptionist was not so friendly and sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. I had to wait an hour at my least favorite pharmacy across town to get my prescription because they never confirmed which pharmacy to send it to. They were sure quick to confirm my current insurance card and take my copay though.
