Our experience at the Cobb Parkway location was exceptional!!! Edwardo did an excellent job of assisting us. He was very knowledgeable of the inventory and features of the vehicles that we were interested in. We were especially impressed that he asked why we decided on one vehicle over another and what was it about the vehicle that made us decide against it. That let us know that he had a true desire to extend exceptional customer service for future customers who may have decided to purchase that vehicle (there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, it all came down to a color choice). All of the staff at the location were very kind and accommodating. We will definitely refer others.

Great place to purchase a vehicle! The car salesman who helped me Andre was very helpful and compassionate about helping get into the right car for me. Great experience from start to finish. The finance manager James has a good personality and is friendly. I will recommend others to this location!!

The whole experience was a pleasure. We worked with Mason who was the consummate professional. He answered our questions, gave us the advice we needed and guided us through the process each step of the way with confidence. He was a breath of fresh air after our experience with other lots, including Hertz-which was a nightmare. The clean, bright and comfortable offices were also very much appreciated. I liked the pricing and information being posted on the vehicles so that we could browse on our own before going to get a salesman to work with. It showed respect for how WE wanted to shop and didn't force us into doing things the way the dealer wanted--like Hertz telling us to use a Q Code scanner on our phone if we wanted any info on the vehicle. The car seems perfect and I also appreciate the warranty and road side assistance service given as part of the package. We have already recommended Enterprise to another family member who will need car in the not so far future and we will also be certain to use them for our next car.

Comedy of errors, but not funny. We were informed that our vehicle had been delivered and was ready to pick up. We took time off work and went to the Enterprise office. We inspected the vehicle and observed it had not been thoroughly cleaned. They took it back to clean and after an hour of waiting, the manager came out and told us that there was an uncorrected recall on the vehicle and it would have to be fixed before they could sell it. They showed us a CarFax that listed the recall and showed it had been corrected quite some time ago. The manager said he didn't know what it was but it had to go back to the dealer. Several days later, Enterprise called and once again said the vehicle was ready. We took more time off work and went to pick it up. When we inquired about the nature of the recall we got a vague story about paperwork not being in order. While we filled out the paperwork and paid for the vehicle, an Enterprise employee took the vehicle to top off the gas tank (a nice gesture). When we went out to drive the new vehicle home, we discovered that the car we drove there in had been hit while sitting in the parking lot. A long scrape across the left front fender and bumper. Further investigation revealed some very minor damage to the new vehicle we had just purchased that exactly matched the height of the damage to our old vehicle. The manager and salesman huddled and then the manager went into his office saying he would review the video recordings of the parking lot. After 30 minutes he emerged saying he had looked at the video and had filed a claim with the Enterprise insurance company and they would be in touch. Four hours after we arrived we left with a damaged vehicle and not so much as an apology. Now, a week later, the insurance company says there has been no review of a video and it appears that Enterprise is denying responsibility for the damage. I would not recommend anyone doing business with a company that is so disorganized, disrespectful and dishonest.

Their vehicles are low mileage and excellent condition. This is the second time we purchased our vehicles at this location. People are friendly and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend to this location. My next car, I sure will go back to purchase at this location again.
