Two stars for the price, zero for everything else. This review applies to the Marietta location. I chose the car, not the dealership. I ended up here because they had the car I wanted at a great price. In the end, I suppose that's what matters. Brad was my sales associate. He was nice enough, and talked a big game about how he's a "straight shooter." Here are two of the lies he told me: 1. He told me they'd get me a second key for my new Ford and get me "dealer pricing." He said he'd call me the next day and tell me how much the key would cost. I waited a week before reaching out and asking about my key. His response was that I'd "have to go to a dealership because we are a BMW specialist." Seems like something he could have told me up front. 2. He told me they'd take care of my registration with the state and that my new tag would be sent to me. My temporary tag just expired and I still have no registration. I called customer service and was connected with "Paul" who was clearly in India (given the accent and several second delay when speaking...yes, a local car dealership farms out their customer support to another continent). "Paul" told me it must be Georgia's fault because they sent the paperwork. "Paul," like Brad, was clearly lying. These two lies were small, pointless, and never would have affected my decision to buy the car. In the end, all they did was frustrate me and guarantee I won't be going back. If you go here, take some advice: assume you're being lied to. Be skeptical of everything. And if the price is right, go ahead and buy.

This dealership did NOT give me a good experience at all, I WAS LIED TO AND TREATED LIKE I COULD NOT AFFORDED THE CAR. I just came back from being deployed and wanted to buy a vehicle that was in my price range and very nice. Friday 02/02/18 I saw a BMW that caught my attention and wanted information and to test drive it. The BMW I had my eye on had just came in and they were taking pictures of the vehicle, so I asked about the car and was told it needed to go to the shop first and it would be ready later that day to test drive. Well I called the salesman back later that day to see if i could come back and test drive it now and he told me the car was still at the shop and would not be ready till Monday, so I said okay great ill come by then. I came in Monday 02/05/18 the car is sitting there on the lot and I’m thinking great I’ll be able to purchase this vehicle today if the test drive goes good and the price is good for the car. Well the salesman who I spoke to on the phone who told me the car was at the shop and would be ready Monday, literally tells me a bold face LIE saying the car needs to go to the shop that it hadn’t been yet, but wait you just told me the car was at the shop over the weekend? Also they could not tell me the price of the vehicle at all but the vehicle is on their website and says call for pricing. Since I was very interested in purchasing this vehicle, I ask him well can you at least grab the keys so I can take a look at the inside, he comes back and tells me the keys are not here, wait what? But the car is here on the lot (makes no sense). So since I’m very interested in this car, I continue to see when it will be ready and ask for the price. Literally this guy does not give me no information or anything, he acted as if I didn’t belong there and couldn’t afforded anything. I felt very DISCRIMINATED and MISTREATED.

Salesman George was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions and made the experience a pleasant one. The Finance manager was equally helpful and gave me advice as to which offer was more beneficial. He also left his office to test drive the car for me as I was not familiar with the car and was not sure it was performing as it should. Thanks guys!!

For starters... I DIDN'T BUY A CAR HERE.. Well I did for two days technically, but I sorrowfully had to return the vehicle. Sunny sold me what we both thought was a great deal! And it would have been if the car was in tip top shape! Once I drive it home I noticed the transmission seemed to pull heavily when going up hill. I called Sunny and explained the situation. He promised he would get the mechanics to look at it. He was very fair about the situation....explaining to me that if he would have known there were defects he wouldn't have sold it to me or anyone else for that matter. I trust what he says. He seems like a good guy! Very charismatic! If you're shopping for a car...stop by. The have some nice vehicles. Either way it doesn't hurt to look!

Great place to buy a quality automobile. They returned phone calls, and seemed to want to work with you in your purchase. We drove 2.5 hours down from South Carolina. We were welcomed by George and he worked with us in picking out the vehicle and working through the buying process. The sales manager and service coordinator were extremely friendly and helpful in making sure some details regarding the sale were handled in an efficient manner. I would defiantly do business with this dealership in the future. Ask for George, he did a great job and a pleasure to do business with.
