This location literally sucks, if I do not have my money Monday morning, I'll be on the phone with corporate. Its been TWO weeks and I have yet to receive my $50 refund that they force you give upon renting. To add insult to injury, they withdrew an additional BS fee of $49 that was suppose to be charged to Service King (as stated on my contract agreement) and I have yet to see that money either. I call and ask about my money and everyone I talk to cutting me off, talking over me, and rushing me off the phone. How you have an attitude because I'm asking about MY money?! Come to find out, they had no intentions of refunding me any of my money, like what? So if I never called, I would of never got the $50 that they said I get back upon returning the vehicle? This company is something else. Amber even hung up in my damn face before I could ask additional questions. Mind you, I was speaking as calm, and frustrated, as one would be who hasn't received their money. Then, they don't even be having the right information. I had the car for four days, they charging Service King for six days, like what?? Then tried to make it seem like 2 weeks is normal for a damn refund. The last time I rented from them, I had to call about my money because it had been a week and still no refund, after I called, I got it the next day. They will try to play you like you don't know nothing about banks and transactions. This location need to contact Chick Fil A or USAA and get some training on customer service, learn how to COMMUNICATE with people. That's literally your #1 task at your job. Maybe if they would listen the first time a customer call, they wouldn't have to get six calls following up about the same issue. Once I get my money, I'm never going to this location again. Complete trash. Service King need to arrange business with somebody else cause these people forever trying to scam somebody. Do yourself a favor, avoid this location.

The Enterprise crew in San Marcos was extremely attentive to me and very friendly. I had booked my rental about 3 weeks in advance and when I came in on the Saturday morning I had scheduled, I was out the door with keys in hand in about 10 minutes. The staff was working well with several customers and even witnessed them being professional and polite with an upset customer. My only recommendation would be to more blatantly advertise the exact information required to have with you if you are paying for your rental with a debit card, (Proof of address, current pay stub, utility bill) as well as the fact that the card will be charged about an extra 100$ (in my case) none of this was a problem but if I were on a tighter budget it could have been. I look forward to renting from this place again if I need to. Good team here.

The customer service at this location was one of the best I've been to.They were detailed and efficient as far as getting you a car, inspected and on your way. I wasn't expecting the vehicle they loaned me, a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Liimited edition and I was immediately smitten with the vehicle and now I'm ready to purchase one. I wish I could have purchased the one I had rented. The return process was also simple and efficient, again everyone was courteous.

I have NEVER had a problem when renting from Enterprise. Love the staff and the vehicles I have been given.

Always rent from this same exact location.. this time I reserved the day before so when I got a call tell me that the vehicle I wanted was rented and I had to settle for something smaller.. that was all fine with me.. what wasn't ok was the woman I talk to attitude.. she pretty much told me she couldn't do nothing about.. I understand I ordered late and was taking a chance but the woman that called could've been a little more compassionate...
