Seems to be managed very very poorly at this location. One employee was there trying to help all the customers. The manager was nowhere to be found seems like he was hiding from the customers and the constant phone calls. Two people had reservations through state farm and surprise surprise Hertz didn't have cars for them. Seems like there was a disconnect between State Farm and the Hertz San Marcos Location. Those two people were upset and rightly so. I overhead a phone conversation about another person that had been waiting for a rental at a local car dealership for over an hour and a half. I had a reservation and my car was not there, I got an uber to where I was going and don't think I will ever be back to this hertz again. Good Luck People!!!!

I seriously wish there was a place to put 0 Stars. This place is horrible I would never in my life spend money at this place. Between this place and the one in New Braunfels they are money hungry and do not care about the customer or the quality of service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!  Do NOT rent from this company.  My rental was FILTHY, smelled like vomit, only had a 1/2 a tank of gas put in and they have since double charged myself and my insurance every day for the rental.  No one can seem to assist in getting the charges removed and I have gotten nothing but the run around from them.  I am reporting them as well to their corporate headquarters.  They should not be in business any more.

Ridiculously slow. We had a reservation completed by my insurance company ahead of time and still had to wait for over an hour just to pick up a vehicle.

You probably should just call enterprise.
