Terrible experience
Late picking up a vehicle that was reserved by 1 hour, they gave it away. Was never told if I was going to be late that this was their policy.
Than to have a staff try to repermand me.
Never again!!! Will pay more just not to go there

Enterprise is a great company. They always have a car ready for me and the service is great. The people are friendly and easy to work with. I recommend anyone needing to rent a vehicle call Enterprise car rental.

Called to rent a pick up truck, reserved a Dodge Ram 1500, or equivalent model, made the reservation told me it was all set. I joined the Enterprise rewards club to get a discount rate, which I never received.

Called back to arrange time for them to pick me up was told they had no pickup trucks, but I was welcome to call the other locations to see if they had one. Told her they were welcome to put me on hold & call the other locations to see if they had one, I would wait. I was told they had one at the West Seneca location, should be ready for pick up at 3:30. 

15 minutes later (noonish) they called, said they had a driver in the area who could pick me up in 15-20 minutes. Told them yes guy picked me up took me to West Seneca location lo and behold no Ram 1500 or equivalent model pickups available but they had a Ford F250. 

I don't know where the call center is versus the west Senaca location but it seems like the left hand has no idea the right hand even exists! Zero communication between them. People at West Seneca location were very nice , but as far as the initial calls, definitely not the quality service I've experienced with Enterprise in the past. Felt like I was in the Seinfeld rental car episode.

I had worst experience with Enterprise. They provided me vehicle with lots of mechanical issues and when i asked them to change the vehicle they didn't help me out. I risked my family life by driving that vehicle but i didn't had any options. when i ask customer care they just "I APOLOGIZE". I decided not rent vehicle from Enterprise after this experience.

very happy with the way i was treated by every employee i had contact with,explained every detail,was not pushy to buy extra coverage,just a very pleasant exp. i rented from enterprise before and will do it again in a heart beat,and the cost no other company could even come close to what i paid,check enterprise first when renting you wont be sorry,great company who i would gladly rent from again,Save time and money and rent from ENTERPRISE!!!!!!!!
