Dan from the Highland, Illinois office is exceptional. He definitely strives for customer satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this office if you have to have a rental!

These guys are pretty good except every time I rent a car from them they manage to do something to make me mad. It never fails its usually something small and there customer service department at their headquarters is the worst!! But usually the branch offices I go to are pretty good weather it be highland or O'Fallon they are courteous and try to get you in and out!

Counter person was very nice 
Car was ready to go when I got ther to pick up
The only problem I had was the car was not clean windows were very smudgy also the outside was dirty has not been washed
