Enterprise has always treated me right. They are quick to resolve any issues (which would be my error booking online...oops!) If I have the option, I will not book a reservation with any other rental company. Thanks guys! Keep up the great work!!

The kindest rental car group I’ve ever experienced. I had a pleasure working with Chelsea and Brandi during the time of reservation. Upon arrival to Florida I had transportation scheduled and was picked up by another lady whom I don’t know the name. Very friendly and helpful to say the least. We have rented a car for the three week period in month of July. Car was immaculate and really served our purpose. Without Chelsea I don’t believe we would have experienced such great service and vehicle choice. Many thanks.

Absolutely disgusted. We had a CONFIRMED rental and were told at the time of pick up that there was not a vehicle for us in our confirmed category. Yes, we were offered a car, but if I wanted a car, I would have reserved a car. We were not notified until we arrived for pickup which is an enormous inconvenience when needing a car.
