Lukis Leone rented a vehicle to us and told us that under the contract with our employer we had unlimited kms. Arrived the next day to Chantel telling us we were now being charged for kms. In the end we were told we would they would do us a “favour” and take off the kms, although Lukis clearly misspoke and would not come out to say he hadn’t realized the contract had changed before he had told us unlimited kms. We have rented from Enterprise at 1495 Landsdowne dozens of times with great customer service. First time at 1838 Ashburnham and treated poorly. The moral here is don’t believe anything they say verbally just read the emailed contract before you leave.

Received the best customer service from Lucas! So friendly and accommodating.  I'll definitely return to this location for any future rental needs. Thanks for a great experience!

If I could rate this with zero stars I would.  I was in an accident on September 19 and my insurance company has Enterprise listed as an "preferred" car rental place.  Arrangements were made through the insurance company and when I went to pick up the car I was told I needed to have a pay stubs and two bills with zero past due balance.  I explained I felt this was very invasive and the girl behind the counter told me "that they were giving me a $30,000 vehicle and this was the documentation they required before they could rent me a car".  This was sub par customer service and the woman who served me was disrespectful and rude.
