My mother and family friend came to visit me a few years back in stanley, our rental had a flat and they got us a new vehicle right away and the whole process was very smooth, hence the 3 stars.  When we got the replacement rental, as we headed back over galena, I opened the center counsel and it had a bunch of marijuana in it.  I was shocked.  There’s no way an Idaho police officer would believe me if I told him the situation as I have a giant beard and am typically profiled.  We tossed it to the wind but you guys could have gotten us in serious trouble.

I had a great experience with these guys! rented a vehicle last minute after realizing I needed one. It was a great vehicle and convenient service.

This is the very first review I have ever written in my life, but my experience with Enterprise warrants it.  I originally rented a Chevy Tahoe to take on a family trip and quickly realized after viewing the car (two weeks before our trip) that it had practically no luggage space.  So, I physically went to the agency, chatted with the Enterprise representative about mini-vans and suburbans, and told him that I wanted to change the order to a mini-van.  Two weeks later, I go to pick up the mini-van and there is no mini-van or suburban.  So, the representative says that Enterprise will cover the difference between the suburban I have to rent from Hertz.  Now, they refuse to pay for the difference, saying I  never changed the order.  I am left with an additional $300 bill.  I will never trust Enterprise again.
