This place just ran a highly misleading and borderline fraudulent direct-mail sweepstakes scam. If that's how they conduct business, they are unlikely to be any more honest when trying to sell you a car.

Take your money elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs.

Got something in the mail saying we won a prize. We called to confirm that it wasn't some scam, the lady said we really did win just needed to come pick up the prize, drove from boise and they told us we didnt win. Just a big scam to get people in to try and sale them.

Willing to negotiate, easy to work with. They cut a deal with me for a half day rental for half price. On top of that, they were very friendly.

Before I contacted Thiftys, I got ahold of several different places trying to figure out estimates for service on my vehicle. Each one of the shops couldn't even give me the time of day like I was a burden to them or just didn't care for my business. Well Thiftys went above and beyond for me when I brought in my 2010 Hyundai Accent. It needed a transmission service and not only did they do the job right and efficiently, they showed me the old filter, old transmission fluid and pictures of the work they did. The mechanic took me through every step of what they were doing to my car and couldn't of asked for a better experience. I wanna Thank all of the people in the Thifty's service department. Good people for sure! I'll  be back for more services to my vehicle in the future!! If you want good service and quality work done to your vehicle,  this is the place!!
