Great customer service! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I had both my kids when dropping of my rental and they gave them paper to draw as we waited to be driven to the autoshop. My youngest was also a little rambunctious when we came to pick the car up initially and they were still very patient with her and myself.

Amy is great! She makes the whole process pretty painless and quick. Cars could use some deep cleaning though.

My experience with Enterprise was fine, no problems. I chose to return my 1st car as it didnt have Sirius radio. The man i usually deal with, Anthony took some time off that day and the other employees that were working didnt know my preferences. It worked out fine, no big deal.

This was my first stop in finding an insurance replacement, as it is the closest enterprise to my house. I wish I hadn't wasted my time. Had absolutely no inventory except a Ford Fiesta, which was way under my allowed $50/day from the insurance company. Asked the lady who helped me to give me a call when they had more inventory; it has been 5 weeks and haven't heard a thing. Ended up going to the Medford Enterprise and what a difference; amazing service.

Got a rental from this place recently after a storm dropped tree limb on the trunk of my car. The repairs are going to take a while, so I needed a rental. A decent selection on cars located in the back. The staff was friendly. A little slow getting through the paper work to get me the car, but not too bad.
