Good hassle free service. Only four stars because prices are a bit high.

They have both full service auto repair and maintenance shop.

The showroom has a full complement of Nissan vehicles for sale and eager salespersons along with finance people eager to sell extended warranties.

So far, so good! I've now taken 2 different Nissan vehicles which I food not purchase fron the dealership to Smithtown Nissan service center and that did the right thing! Recommended exactly what I needed even as I was inquiring about other more expensive services, they steered me in the right direction (no pun intended). Reliable work at a very fair price. Their evening drive in service is so convenient!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Everything went very smoothly. There was no pressure to buy a vehicle I did not want. The salesman explained all the available packages for the vehicle and showed how to operate the various features.

Great Service , very competitive prices . I have to update this, Jim the service advisor at this Nissan dealership went above and beyond when we brought my wife's car in for an inspection it failed she was a little upset , they gave her 10$ off to have it inspected again. We left drove the car about 50 miles as recommended. We then returned Jim very nicely offered to do inspection free of charge !!! Wow fantastic doesn't stop there, they even gave her a coupon for a free full service car wash . Seriously not only is Jim the man but this dealership is like the old stores you used to go to when I was younger and they cared more for customer satisfaction that the mighty dollar . My suggestion is even if it is out of your way go to this Nissan dealership . btw we own 5 Nissans and have been going here for over 15 years never had any issues always 5 star service . 😎

I went in to Smithtown Nissan last week and was greeted wholly and humbly. The sales team, who's names I forget, were attentive to my interest in exploring the lot in a thorough and questioning manner. Upon returning a few days later, sales manager Joe Urso made finalising my deal an easy matter, leaving me with a car I fully believe suits me. 10/10
