Enterprise is one of the best priced and convenient car rental services out there. The staff in this store is pleasant and goes out of its way to be helpful. They always succeed and I highly recommend them.

Their prices were not consistent throughout my rental experience. I booked the car on their website for $121 (including taxes). While completing the paperwork in their office the next day, they had my reservation as $131 on their form. I showed them my email and she easily adjusted the price to match. However, when I received my final bill it was $147 (same fees from the original booking, but the daily rate was no longer the same). Additionally, they charged me for an extra day, so I called this Rigby Drive location to process a refund for their error. I spoke with Kate. She misinformed me, saying she couldn't do anything and I needed to call the Atlanta Airport location where I returned the vehicle. The Atlanta location told me that I needed to call Rigby Drive because only the location that opens the ticket can make adjustments. The Atlanta Airport location was very helpful by giving me the Rigby office managers names and numbers. This location even apologized for Rigby's error and for giving me the runaround. I spent my afternoon calling the Rigby office 5 times. Kate was curt and the least bit helpful and continued to give me the wrong information. I left a message with Kate for the Manager, Ashley, to call me back. She never did. 10 minutes until their office closed, I AGAIN called the Rigby location to fix their mistake. Ashley refunded me for the extra day that they put on my receipt, but not once apologized for their error nor wasting my time. The car I rented was fine. However, my experience with this Rigby Drive location and their employees was NOT. I'm not sure if this experience is normal for Enterprise, but I assure you I will not be using this location nor this company again. I recommend using another company that keeps their prices consistent from the time you book until you return the car. There is no reason for my daily rate to have changed from the time I picked up the car to when I returned it.

I'm a regular customer at Enterprise and have been pleased and satisfied with the services provided. The staff are consistently professional and courteous with me. I highly recommend this branch for rental usage and service reliably. Thanks to the entire Rigby Drive team.

The worst service by far. Been renting from enterprise for 10 years. My dad and I do a lot of traveling. Of all the enterprises this is the worst I’ve been too. The manager is rude. And I even had one girl try to tell me what car I didn’t need when I clearly had a reservation. I. A platinum member which means I rent often. Never been hassled before. But it was brought to my attention that they like to hold cars on the weekend for military personnel .. fine by me but I will not be returning

The staff on Rigby Drive is excellent. They were extremely helpful in assisting me with the rental process from beginning to end; as I was out of transportation due to a car accident for a month +
