After renting several times from Budget Avis car rentals, I will not be giving them any more of my business. I was not told the vehicle needed to be back in exactly 48 hours from the time I rented it as I was told to have it back by 6:00 pm in that day. When I arrived, the building was dark and the doors locked. I called the national center and spoke with a supervisor after waiting for almost 10 minutes on hold. I brought the key back first thing the next morning and was charged for an additional day. Every rental car company other than this horrid place has a grace period and was alway gracious for my business. I was never charged if I had to be a late return. Do not rent from here.

This is the worst place to rent.This rental place is private company and they make their own rule. Watch out for their additional fee and charge outrages price. The customer service is horrible. They are not experienced or professionals. I will never do business with them again. I had bad experience with them more than once. I learn my lesson.
