Bryan is the best! He's very nice and pleasant. Bryan is the manager, he does not slack when it comes to customer service! Also he has a winning smile and a great personality. I'll always go there for business!

Stay away from this location! They are crooks looking to keep your deposit with damage they find when you return the vehicle! The guy checking it in finds dents you can only see by looking from a 90° angle. Just look at review history, this must happen a lot at this location! These dents were very minor and you couldn't see them looking straight at the hood! They sure didn't look at 90° angle while doing the initial inspection! These people are CROOKS stay away!!!

The qualification that is asked to be able to re t a vehicle is ridiculous.  It takes too long. Service was not friendly

I would steer clear from this location. I have rented cars in the past without any issues with Enterprise but this particular location tried to charge my insurance for damage I did not put on the car. As a matter of fact  when the guy did a walk around I could not even see the damage he was pointing out. He said I had to look at the bumper at a 90 degree angle to see it. Really? It was pretty obvious that was a previous dent that had been popped out of the car. I got the situation cleared up through the Thibodaux location I rented it from.
