We have been sitting here for almost 2 hours waiting for a truck that was supposed to be ready by 8.  I don't understand why they wait till the last minute, when everything was set up last week. Hubby and I are both going to be late for work today.  PLUS.... They said they COULD NOT pick him up... ISNT THAT THEIR TAG LINE " We'll pick you up" ..... Horrible!!!!!! 

*** UPDATE.... The called hubby a week later asking how they could fix it. His vehicle is still not fixed, but enterprise is giving him an extra day in his rental for the trouble. So I'm adjusting the review. Thanks for the help Enterprise.

I have used this branch of Enterprise over the last few years when I visit family in Louisiana. I was very please with the service provided by Jacob Simmons and the fact that he followed up when I called from Mississippi with a question about the display panel. He referred me to a local office to address my concerns and even attempted to follow up with emails to determine that all was OK. I appreciate the attention to detail that Enterprise staff employ in keeping customers informed and satisfied.

I will used Enterprise as my primary car rental business when ever I travel.

Quentin, Braxton, and Tyson were all amazing. I've had experiences with all three and all three took care of my needs, my wait was short, and all information was explained throughly, including the damage waiver thing (which I always get because I'm usually a corporate rental). Enterprise is the only rental car company I will ever use because of the quality of vehicles and service. I have been a platinum member for about 4-5 years as I am continuously renting cars for work. I've rented through Enterprises in Florida, Nevada, Texas and Louisiana but the Gonzales office is by far one of the better locations as far as customer service goes. It's small but very friendly and personable. Highly recommend renting from this location. Not sure about other locations in Louisiana.

Call before you go.  They have nothing to rent with all wrecks from iced roads over weekend and I had to be one of them.

Best rental company and best staff I rent at this location every week and all the employees there are very friendly this is the only place I will rent from even if they don’t have cars I will delay what I have to do just to deal with this location best company best place and best staff
