So my experience at the store was interesting to say the least. The vehicle was clean and on time. It did appear as if the staff didn’t really enjoy there jobs no smiles. With the exception of Marcus Dane Manson the branch manager who appeared to embody the essence of customer service.

I’ll definitely rent from here again.

After having a terrible experience with this location, I came back to try one more time & the team that was working that day is phenomenal!!! They really took my issues and complaints and turned it right around! I was so happy to deal with Ernest & the other wonderful employees. Now that everything got resolved I’m happy to continue business with this enterprise 😊🙌🏽

They often seem short staffed and it takes forever getting out of there. Also, reservations mean nothing. I'm not sure why they even take them. Once, I reserved a small car plenty of time in advance and they offered me an "upgrade" to a huge, gas-guzzling pickup. I declined and they told me that's all they had. I waited and they offered a minivan. Again, for a long trip, not what I was looking for. Finally, I settled for a small SUV. I've seen this happen to others before as well. Not a bad place to rent from if you're in no hurry and don't care what vehicle you're getting. The staff is always friendly, though.

This is a local car rental place in Orange City with good customer service came picked up my car and left no fuss and hassle customer service is very accommodating and we always go back and recommend this Enterprise specifically
