The employees at this specific location are really easy to work with. They'll try to get you into a car of your choosing and if they can't they'll often give you a better car for the same value. Not sure if that's standard protocol, which I assume it is, but still a nice gesture regardless.

Told we would get a certain car while our car is being repaired. Got there and only one mini van available. Have no need of a mini van. Not one other car is available. Not one. You're a car rental business with no cars? Odd. I'd choose any other rental company over this one. We left with no car.
