I would never recommend this company to anyone. I booked them 6 months in advance and paid for it, and when I got to were I was going and needed to pick up the car they tell me I had to put a 200 deposit down. Why didn't they take it out when I paid for it when I made the reservation. It left me stranded at the airport in Tampa Florida. Thanks Hertz

The rental office is inside the airport building. The pick-up and the drop off area is next to the airport. The vehicle was new and in good condition.  I enjoyed my rental car.

Went online and followed the directions for securing an advanced reservation. The following day, arrived to complete the transaction and was guided by a well qualified staff person who answered questions and also volunteered additional information which all combined to make for a satisfying experience  to the point which made Hertz the choice for a second rental a few days later. I need to add that the vehicles rented were clean inside and out, fueled, and totally fit the purpose for which they were needed. The rates and unlimited mileage factors also very much lent to the satisfaction of the overall rental experience.
Should a future need arise, Hertz Rent A Car will be the choice.

I called a week in advance to request a specific vehicle.  The car I wanted was waiting for me,  the agent was very pleasant and got me on my way in minutes.  Well Done!
