For the most part it was a great experience. The price was responsible. It would be nice if on the website the additional charges and deposit information are listed.  Also a little more clarity on where to pick the car up would be nice. I was told to go to airport and meet the shuttle when in fact I could have just gone to the location directly. But other than that the service was great and the car was great

Typically the headache only begins with an accident. Working with Kalispell's Enterprise, Geico and Hills Brothers was anything but a headache. Hills Brothers coordinated with Enterprise and I just showed up at the repair shop the morning of the repair and met my rental car. The repair took a little longer than expected and we had a nice new jeep to drive to our basketball tournament. Huge thank you for making my life easier!

I rent from this Enterprise Branch pretty often. I've never been disappointed, in fact, I have been thrilled with my service on numerous occasions. No matter the time of day the staff is prompt courteous and professional. It's obvious they've received the requisite training to make a customer feel like the most important person in the room, rather, the most important person on the road. Job well done, always.

Tried to call the direct number for the Kalispell branch after not finding a number for the Airport desk. I was connected to the national call center instead automatically. Since office hours don't include the midnight flight into FCA, the national call center rep would have had me wait until 8am at the airport. Not user friendly. Don't have the number to your Kalispell office if you can't answer it. I am looking for options.

Make sure you check your car out with a fine tooth comb.  I got a rental vehicle from them.  I was in a hurry and I didn't check it out with them.  When I returned it I did the same.  A week or two later I got a claim in the mail saying I owed over $800.  I had the truck over 3 weeks and still didn't even use a 1/4 tank of gas.  But yet it had damage to the side that was barely noticeable to the naked eye.  Because I was in a hurry to get the truck I HAD to pay for it.  Hopefully in the future I never have too deal with them.  But a few weeks later I had to get another rental...  My insurance company set me up with them again.  And let me tell you I made the write down EVERY LITTLE SCUFF.  I was NOT about to pay for someone else's mistake.  When I returned it I made sure I got the letter saying there was no damage.
