Fast and friendly service from Mark, Mark and O'Brian.... when they didn't have the car from the rental class that I asked for (I-CAR, Ford Focus) they went ahead and upgraded me to a better car (Ford Mustang convertible) at no extra charge. Thank you O' Brian.

03/01/2017 thru 04/04/2017  This time I was driving a 2017 Ford Focus SE ( I had a 2016 Hyundai Accent for a couple of days, seats are uncomfortable with my lower back pain.) and once again the guys are fast and very helpful with my car needs with lower back pain.  Thanks again, Bruce
P.S. I don't understand why I was charged a $60 "Rental Surcharge" ? Any help or explanation for this charge? (Maybe give me the $60 back as a refund)
