As a long time renter I appreciate the staff knowing who you are, what you like, etc. While all the established staff at the Westlake location is friendly, my favorite person to work with at the location is Jorge. Understanding that people get promoted or move on, its important to have as stable a group as possible at the locations. That's what means a lot when you walk through the door and can have the rapport with someone like Jorge, makes your business more personal.

Great service and prices. They picked me up at my hotel and made it very convenient to rent from Enterprise. I don't rent anywhere else except Enterprise and you should too.

Rented a passenger van and it showed it was available online. Proceeded to reserve and got the confirmation email, you know confirming my reservation of the rental. However I get an email that there is not enough time to get another one. Called and was told "nothing they can do" "it shouldn't have said there was one available"... Thanks super helpful!

I have been wanting to write this review for the last few months but just have not had time to do it. My car was in the shop at Auto Nation Ford Westlake (by the way if you ever need a car that is the place to go) and so I had to rent a car while my car was down. I rented a brand new 2017 Impala that didn't even have 3k miles on it. The car was beautiful! I leave Enterprise and get on 480 West to go home and as I am going up the entrance ramp to merge into traffic the speedometer and tachometer red line but the car is not accelerating. So now I am coasting onto a highway and thankfully I was able to get over to the shoulder without injury. Enterprise made me wait with the car for over an hour at the side of the road. I was told that if I leave it I would be responsible for any damage to it. Meanwhile I have cars zooming past me at 60, 70 and 80 MPH+. I was just thankful that this didn't happen while I was in a center lane as I am sure it would have caused a bad accident. Long story short, Enterprise did NOTHING to accommodate me for this. They did not care that my time was wasted let alone the fact that I could have been killed. Keep Reading if You Want the Long Version... When I finally got back to Enterprise that night they offered me another car. I said "no", as I was so upset and shaken from the experience and I just wanted to go home. I was told that if I wanted a car in the future they would give me ANY car that I wanted to make up for the bad experience. About a month later I called and asked the manager for a Dodge Challenger, Mustang or Camaro. I called well in advance to make sure that they would have time to get me the car of my choice. The manager (a young arrogant man) was very vague with me over the phone when I would ask specific questions such as, "will the car be ready for me on this date?" Instead, he told me to 'just come in.' When I came in they tried to match me with a Mitsubishi. He then tells me that you cannot request "specific cars". So in front of him, I called the 1-800 number for Enterprise and started to make a reservation for a sports car. I was told it would either be a Mustang, Challenger or Camaro which is what I wanted to begin with. Since I could not get the car I asked for I left and rented a car from Auto Nation instead.
