Great experience with renting a car. They just rented the last Altima and let us rent a Minivan for the same price. Great customer service to make things right.

ive been at this location for the second time and both experiences were top notch. I would like to give all the credit to Matt. He was exceptionally helpful during my 2 visits and even on a busy schedule like today; he was able to get me in a car within 10 min after my arrival. If you're planning to rent a car at enterprise in tenafly; make sure to ask for Matt. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

I am a NYC customer that uses Enterprise Rent-A-Car at this location because they offer the $9.99 per day weekend special. I am not only happy with the deal, but also the service. Their employees are friendly and professional from the beginning to the end of your reservation.
