Jillian the branch manager was nice but we got a car that was stinking of cigarettes and perfume. I asked to be switched to a different similar vehicle as I have small kids and didn't want to expose them to that. She informed me that there was nothing she could do as everything was booked. As a company I expect you to stand by your product and if an issue like this arises it should be handled in a correct manner. If nothing was available today it should be your job to get me a different car another day as I have this car for a week. I will not be doing business with this company again. 

Updated: 5/16/17. After emails to enterprise customer care they were able to switch out the vehicle and have it delivered to me. I'm glad that I contacted them, and I am content with their resolution of the issue.

We had a great experience! Everything was very easy to get set up with a car and the price was absolutely worth the time we rented the car! This is definitely the best place to rent a car!

It would have been a five if I had been informed of the debit card policy before I went to pick the rental up.  That being said the rest of my experience was great.  Friendly manager went through the pick up process with me.  Since I dropped it back off after hours, I received a phone call the next day and had a very pleasant experience.  Will definitely use them again next time I need a rental.
