Paul the Mgr helped to save what was about to be a pretty bad review. I honestly and truly appreciate his willingness to reach out to me and try and salvage the awful customer service of his asst mgr (I think his name is Andy or Andrew). I typically do not rent from Enterprise and usually when I decide to they remind me why I choose other providers when I find myself having to rent cars. I reserved a compact car and decided to upgrade. The vehicle I chose was making a funny engine noise that I was not comfortable with driving. I returned to Enterprise (not less than 10 mins from completing the initial transaction) and Andy(Andrew...whatever) and he was very dismissive, flip and rude, telling me that all his other vehicles were rented and the only one available was a compact (that I just upgraded from). I am a huge supporter of great customer service and I demand it from any establishment that I patronize. I work hard for everything I have and will no longer accept less than I deserve. You shouldn't either. Thanks to Paul, I will visit Enterprise again and I appreciate his willingness to try and make amends for the awful experience had by his asst mgr.

We love this location! The staff is so kind and efficient and they're the reason we keep going back for our rental needs. We always say, "I love this place!" when we walk out and that's kind of weird for a rental car place. ;-) I dropped the one star because we're non-smokers and the past few cars have been pretty smelly (cigarette smell covered by a floral scent is almost worse than the cigarette smell). I don't think there is much they can do about that...

Sub-Par I rented a min-van for a week. When I picked it up it was filthy both inside and out. The entire front of the van and windshield was covered in dead bugs, the inside was obviously not cleaned with rumbs and garbage in the cup holders, the inside of the windshield had old suction cup marks all over the place. Basically it looked like someone had this thing for a long road trip and no one bothered to clean it other than taking out large noticeable trash.

I visit Maryland 3 to 4 times a year, and I always use the Eldridge Enterprise location. They go out of their way to assist you, and that is rare these days!

Jessup md location, After a minor misunderstanding, things went smoothly. To clarify, I got hostile over miss hearing the guy. The service was good. 830am pick up I waited maybe 20 minutes(because of a line). And boom, on my way to work.
