The line is pretty long, but self service is available. Unfortunately, I had to go to the counter for some reason, but the counter representative was courteous and helpful. Once I got past that the rest of my rental process was a breeze. Dropping off was very easy too and you can choose to have a paper receipt or have it emailed to you. I will rent with Enterprise again next time I am in Baltimore.

Process of picking up (I had a reservation) was really quick and easy. Dropping off took a bit more time, because they had a line. They don't warn you there's an extra fee if you use a debit card, but other than that no hidden fees or anything bad. All employees I dealt with were pleasant.

The whole Enterprise experience was painless.  The lines were short, the wait was minimal, and the staff was friendly and competent.  I especially like that Enterprise doesn't just "assign" you a car, they offer you a choice  and let you pick your favorite from the available in class.  This is the first rental car company that actually escorted me to the car, personally checked for nicks and dings, and ensured I was comfortable in the vehicle.  Very satisfied.

Superior care as usual! I don't know why I bothered to go elsewhere. After attempting to rent at a "cheaper" car rental agency, and getting a run around for almost 2 hours between them and my credit card company, I walked over to Enterprise. The transaction, from start to finish took less than 10 minutes! They treated me with respect and not like someone who didn't have money! (I had plenty!) They walked me to my car - and in the confusion, I left my wallet on the counter! One of their agents was watching and picked it up, and brought it out to me!  This is the second time that Enterprise has stepped in and helped me! They won't have to step in to help me again! I'll be joining Enterprise and renting exclusively from them from now on! Superior vehicles, Superior Staff, EVERY TIME  I have used them, and this experience was no exception! Hanover, Laguardia, Denver, Burlington, Colorado Springs, and the list goes on! Consistent Quality Customer Care!

Overall great experience. Only missing star is due to the wait for someone to come take us to the car. It was over the busy July 4th weekend so it's understandable, but there were still a few employees that were walking around who could have helped us. We used the self-service kiosk which was great and fast. The return process was also smooth and no problems at all. Enterprise has always done a great job overall!
