Believe it or not, this was the best experience I've ever had at a car rental place. Every time I rent a car from other rental agencies I was disappointed. From the moment Josh walked right up and greeted me I knew things would be different. I was able to pick up my rental from the APC Collision Center. When the car wasn't what I had in mind someone brought me another one in less than five minutes. Once the new car arrived Josh walked right up to me and said, "you know what, here's a nicer and more comfortable car for you." The best part was returning the vehicle, seeing my beautifully restored car, and Enterprise delivering the car back for me. I'd definitely choose this place again next time I need to rent a vehicle. Great, quick, & awesome customer service. Thank you Josh!

This location for enterprise was awesome. Customers service was excellent no words for it. They car about you as customers till you drop the car back. And they put on side if you forgot the stuff in car they hold it for you and call u back for it honest staff.

The Darthmouth office was very helpful and friendly and easy too deal with. Would recommend them to everyone and returned the vehicle to the fall river ma office the gentleman there was great to deal with thanks

Joshua ( Asst. Mgr. )  is the reason why I give the experience a 5. He took care of a major problem with my bill that was caused by the manager. First of all, he made the proper adjustment for the XM Radio charge. Most importantly, the manager charged me 2 extra days after I properly returned the vehicle on Saturday. Joshua promptly emailed the new invoice ( I was charged $130 too much ) and receipt to me and was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process.
