Overall it was a good experience and I rented a good SUV. Two annoyances were the dirty windshield (inside) that produced really bad solar glare on my commute the next day. Secondly. I was told to bring it back with 3/4 of a tank of gas which I did. Only to find out the guy that inspects the returned vehicle uses the digital "Range Left" display and wrote I was 3 gallons shy. In a Grand Cherokee with a large tank that's hard to detect using the gas gauge. At over $3.00 a gallon I owed them 11 bucks. Not a lot of money but still kind of sleazy I think.

The staff here are amazing and more than accommodating. I recently had car trouble and ending up with a rental for a month and these guys were amazing. And one gentlemen from Clinton bent over backwards for me. Best time ever renting a car.

When another car rental company cancelled my reservation 2 hours before I needed a vehicle, this company was able to get a car for me within the hour. Staff is efficient and courteous. I have used Enterprise before and highly recommend this company.

The personnel was professional and nice. However the very next week I tried to rent the exact same car and the price shifted from $22.00 per day to $55.00 I did obviously not reserve because I could not understand the high change of price. Same car, same service completely different price. Other than that I think the overall service was all right

These people are careful, have a huge reservoir of knowledge and contacts, and we've worked successfully with them for almost 30 years!
