The rental car I was given lacked many features that I enjoy in my personal vehicle. The rental did not have a backup camera or heated seats even though it seemed like a new model. The car stayed at the bottom of the driveway for two of the six days I had the rental. The car was awful in the snow and could not make it up the slight incline in my driveway. I had this rental while my car was in the shop. When the customer service guys say you’ll get something comparable to your own car, they mean comparable in size but not in features. The only positive part of this experience with enterprise was dealing with the older gentleman that picked me up from the auto body shop. I wish I could remember his name, he was very kind and helpful.

Great people to deal with, courteous, vehicles are clean, dependable, most are only 1 yr old, never any regrets dealing with Enterprise Fitchburg!!

Cheap cars and they charge as they where premium, not open on sundays, they say they pick You up and the dont cause saturday they are only open for 3 hours, sundays closed so bad weekend service Too expensive for not much in exchange.not renting anymore from Enterprise

No complaints. There was a glitch in prematurely charging my account for a rental insurance was to pay for but it was fixed before it caused any problems. No problems with the car. The arrangement with the repair shop made it convenient to pick up & return the rental car.
