Although I usually rent cars here for business, I've also rented from Enterprise for personal use. Ashley and Alex are professional and friendly, and they try hard to accomodate my needs, not to mention the pickup service! I highly recommend them!

Very simple, no hassle professional customer service from the staff, I dealt with Mike the Manager - explained to him what I needed and my budget and he was very helpful. I was in and out with a car in under 15 minutes. Ive had 2 rentals from this location recently and without a doubt, Enterprise is my 1st choice go to rental car agency. Good price, nice cars, friendly staff ! Thank you.

Worst experience ever! 
Ashley should be fired. Let me explain, We visited the Cape Cod area from Illinois and rented a Enterprise car for the trip. We experienced a very low tire pressure due to a nail, I aired it up and called the enterprise line, no problem great service the problem started the next morning when I arrived at the Orleans location. 
Ashley gave me a hard time and was adamant about me taking the car for the repair myself instead of just swapping out the vehicle like I was promised the night before, she acted like she did me a huge favor. 
     The troubles with Ashley started afterwards when the next day while driving back to Illinois I noticed that in the hast of switching cars I left my Passport, keys and proof of insurance in the other rental car. I immediately called and spoke with either Alex or Matt and they acknowledged having all the items, they were discovered during a normal inventory/cleaning of the prior rental. They told me they had all my info and would mail the items to me, great right! wrong. A week passed by and I hadn't received my items or heard from them so I called and spoke to Ashley. She cleared things up stating that they don't mail items out that the customer needs to send a self addressed/postage paid envelope, ok no problem I'll get right on that, then I asked about my items and she only acknowledged having my passport. I said well either matt or alex stated they had the other two items my keys and proof of insurance. She was sassy said she didn't see them, but would look around and call me back. She never called and so I called back the next day and she said nope nothing found. I said well how could that happen, why weren't the items immediately set aside all together, again Ashley was sassy and told me she was very busy and hung up on me.

 I sent my postage paid self addressed envelope via USPS  priority mail with tracking number on 8/21/17 a whole week went by and I was expecting at least my passport any day so I checked the tracking number and sure enough it stated that it had arrived at Orleans Enterprise on 8/23/17 so I called on (8/28/17) and spoke to Ashley again and she adamantly stated that she had not received the envelope! When I told her it had a tracking number and it was delivered there on 8/23/17, she in her snob like manner said hold on! I just checked the mail and it wasn't there, but I'll check around, guess what ?she found it somewhere, really! this girl was jacking me around to no end. 
So she said she would mail it the next day finally I felt like I was going to get at least my passport back, I never even bothered to ask about my keys and proof of insurance again just happy to get some results out of Ashley. The story goes on! So another week goes by and no passport in the mail, I check the tracking numbers and it still is at the Orleans Enterprise, so I call and talk to Ashley again and she adamantly states she mailed it! a few more days go by and still nothing.
  So on Sept 12th I have to call the Orleans Police Dept and spoke with Officer Duane Boucher to report my passport stolen, I also explained the whole ordeal to him so he agrees to go over there and see what he can find out. He calls me back about an hour lateter and said that he talked to Ashley and she said that she mailed my passport that morning! really, So on Sept 14, 2017 I finally received my passport  from Ashely a mere 23 days after she received my postal paid self addressed envelope. Not to mention I also contacted the US Postal Inspectors on the same day as the Orleans Police to see if they could also help. Talk about time and trouble I will never rent a car from Enterprise Again knowing that they retain people with the integrity and bad attitude of Ashley.   John Miller

I am a year round Cape Codder and have been renting from the Orleans Enterprise for the past year. This Enterprise has a wonderful staff that makes sure all of my needs are met through every rental. Its a tiny Enterprise so expectations about variety in rental cars should be tempered but the staff makes up for it in genuine kindness and attentiveness. I highly recommend this Enterprise.

The worst place to rent a car !!!!! Never book a car online because the next day u gonna go there and they gonna tell u they don't have a car for u it happens to me already 3 times also the people who is working there are liars !!!  They talkin in the phone telling people they have a car available  witch is right outside the office and then when I ask they said the car is not for rent so please people don't even bother to rent a car in this place really poor service and u will end up with no car just waist the time !!!!!!
