Reserved a specific type of car. When I went to pick it up they told me they didn't have it. They "upgraded free of charge" to a large SUV model and told me not to worry about it. Said if I really wanted to I could come back and check around 5 to see if someone had decided to return what I originally reserved. Asked them to contact me if that was the case (which would have been good customer service) and they told me that they don't do that, they'd be too busy. So I took the vehicle as I didn't have much choice as I was leaving the next morning. Not only was this terrible customer service but the cost in gas to get to and from my destination was ridiculous as the vehicle basically drank it as I drove and cost me the same amount as the rental. I have worked customer service in varying levels for the last 15 years and while I understand that I customer is not always right, I know for fact that if the error is on the company's end it should be fixed. Very disappointed with the service. Despite my work discount I will probably go elsewhere and pay a higher price for better customer service in the future

Little longer wait time than anticipated because cars needed tidy up.wasn't perfectly clean But I don't complain. Since there were six staff waiting for cleaned cars to check customer at the front desk and one person struggling to clean all cars for the customers. I think staffing is terrible. So I give 2 star.

Price was right. Last minute car rental was needed- they couldn't get the car open that we rented (a small compact car) so upgraded us to a BMW SUV for free. Quick and easy. I'd recommend.

Love this theatre.  If you are willing to wait a bit longer to watch your movie on the big screen, it is totally worth it.
The seats are spacious, you have space to stretch your legs and you don't feel like you are stack like sardines.
The price is right. For a couple with popcorn and drinks, you can get an nice evening for $20 total!

WORST ENTERPRISE. I have been renting from enterprise for work for 3 years now, i rent 2-3 times a month. I have recently moved to Orleans and have had the worst experience at this location.

I booked a week in advance, called at 730am when they opened on a Monday. 
-They took 1h 15mins to pick me up.
-once i got in i waited another 1h 15 mins.
-It was going to be longer but i told them i would take a truck instead of a car just to get out of there...
When i asked why it was taking so long the manager said "well this is a typical Monday morning..." 

If it is typical, get someone in an hour early to have some CARS READY!!!!!

****This is not rocket science, if you have 30 bookings, you will need how many cars for Monday? you got it!!! 30!
