Rented a car from Enterprise last weekend. I did not fully understand all of the items I need at the time I pick up the rental but the manager allowed me to take the car and return the next day with the few items that I was lacking. Their staff is amazing and really do put the customer first. 

We also had an issue with a tail light being out on our rental cat. We returned and they provided another vehicle in less than 5 minutes.

We've rented from Grass Valley Enterprise quite a few times. No problem. Great experience! This time though, the young new manager made it a nightmare! From now on we'll rent from anywhere else!

The offsite reservation desk told me I'd have a car waiting but when I got dropped off, they didn't have any. I would have been stranded, but one of the employees gave me a ride home and told me how to call him directly next day. I got a car booked and the site manager came to my office and picked me up to go get my car. Check out/contract was easy. Dropping car off after hours, no problem and had an email receipt next day.

I was visiting out of State and this branch didn't have the size vehicle I wanted to rent.  They were not interested in finding a solution.  I have done business with Enterprise in the past and have never been treated with such disregard.
