I reserved a car here. I called to make sure I had everything they require. After calling several times and getting hung up on, They told me that I was good to go and everything was ready. They never mentioned the extra fees and a deposit or how much it was. I showed up and my bill went from 150 to almost 400. The personnel was polite, but when you don't have a car is difficult to make other arrangements for transportation in short notice. It would have been nice to know all this when I called so I would have time to make better arrangements for transportation.

Since I rent cars from you 5-6 times a year, I don't understand why I need a utility bill or something similar to prove who I am. My licence is current. Bank info is current. That's what keeps u from 5 stars in my book

Quick and easy and were accommodating when they could have just as easily denied a request I had.

Very good staff  they will pick you at your house and take you home after You turn  in the Rental

Was not told of a 200 dollar deposit before pick up and then they would not take a debit master card because it's a debit card as well and that's only because I was getting a truck if I would of got a car they would of taken it what kind of bs is that
