I LOVED the service! This was my first time renting from Enterprise and I loved it! The prices are extremely reasonable and affordable! Our vehicle was super clean and comfortable! The customer service? Amazing!

We rented from Enterprise 3 different times in the past couple of weeks. Everything went smoothly and we were on our way quickly. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

Prices are average. Easy to work with. The women currently employed could use some customer service tips, very curt and having personal conversations together. The men were very helpful & professional. Even when I encountered an issue with my reservation. When making a reservation in the phone on behalf of my parents, the woman was not very welcoming or helpful.

Even though the car I reserved online was not available,  they were able to work with me.  After sitting in the lobby and listening to everything going on,  it seems that there seems to be a miscommunication issue between the call center/ online vs what is in stock with the actual location.
