Lauren and Matt are fantastic.  I seem to be a magnet for deer and bad traffic circle drivers so I am at Goffs and Enterprise twice a year.  
In all my years they are the best I’ve experienced in the car rental experience.  Polite, kind, willing to work with you on what you need........ they make it easy

Horrible experience!! This was my first time ever renting a car first of all. The employee Matt helping me...which was the manager, came off extremely rude and did not explain everything clearly to me. Basically I thought I was paying $14.99 a day for a car rental which insurance was going to pay for, but found out later I was actually paying for optional accident insurance that I would have never signed up for!!! I called Enterprise when I received a $175 bill which I thought was covered by insurance (thinking this was the cost of the vehicle per day). Of course I talk to Manager Matt and he I forms me that I chose this extra insurance and there was nothing else he could do. He also made it very clear that "he's been doing this a long time and is always very clear explaining these details". Obviously not, and as I can see from the other reviews, I'm not the only one this has happened to. I feel so taken advantage of and will never return to this business.
