I appreciated the ease of reserving a rental car. Laura assisted me via online chat to reserve the car. When I arrived at the Waukesha location to pick up my car, I was promptly greeted and taken to my vehicle. 

The vehicle itself was in excellent condition.

I had a great experience with Mayfair Rent-A-Car. They did not have the mini-van that I requested, so they upgraded me to a 15-passenger at no extra charge. It ended up being a blessing to help us fit the luggage. Thank you!

We have always had a great experience here. Staff are always friendly and do their best to get us the best deal. We will definitely be back!!

A refreshingly straight forward experience! The pricing was more than fair with no hidden fees. We rented a vehicle for a week to drive across the country. Unlimited miles and an easy rental and return process.
