Reasons I won't be using or recommending Hertz: 1) Business opened late. 2) Watched manager blamed the corporation why he couldn't provide the promised service to customer. This is the first time and first experience with Hertz. Not a good start. 3) After dropping off vehicle @ agreed upon time & location in dropbox. I received bill 3x the agreed amount with different location on return! 4) Customer service sounded annoyed, unfriendly, and quick to say something to get me off phone. Long day? Stressed??? 5) Checked CC company, no action looked to have been taken as of yet even though Hertz claimed the action was done. (reversing charges/refunding overcharged amount) 6) Didn't have car available that said would be on site registration, though disappointing, not a deal breaker. This was a one way rental. I will not be using Hertz when I return. Even if they're the most reasonable. The car was clean, drove nicely, semi comfortable for the long journey, and had great gas mileage! Happy about that!

I feel like I was had. I only used Hertz because enterprise has going to be delayed thirty minutes. I should have just waited the thirty minutes. Hertz came and picked me up no questions asked. I was promised a free upgrade since I was going to use enterprise. When I got to the office they didn't have a car ready and I didn't get the upgrade. When I mentioned it I just got blank stares. There was no walk through done to discuss the car and any prior damage. It had a lot of scratches for being "brand new and really nice." After thirty minutes of being cleaned there was still dog hair and glitter in the interior of the car. Today I'm also learning that all that talk about my insurance picking up the bill directly was exactly that just talk. That should have been the nail in the coffin for me. Don't make the same mistake! Make sure your insurance works with Hertz! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies.

So disappointed. Expect to wait in line. They answered the phone twice WHILE bringing up my appointment and I had to wait till the people on the phone were done. They kept telling people and me who had reservations and confirmation numbers they had no cars. Little to be hold, the cars came in, have to wait for them to be cleaned and back out they went. If you reserve a car, you better HAVE the car. I was also told the insurance company was going to be sent the invoice. NOT TRUE. I set the appointment up a week in advance and was told Hertz would bill them. It's not the case at all. I basically wasted my time. Nobody communicated with the insurance company like I was told. Nobody called me to let me know there was an issue before I got to the location.
