I just needed a small car for 3 days to drive to Minneapolis and visit my family for Thanksgiving and meet up with my fiance who is caring for her mom who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I booked a reservation days in advance. The staff their was excellent, but they were going to charge me $300... for a compact car... I went to Avis and they upgraded me to a Toyota Camry for free and they only charged me $125 total.... Again, I want to make clear that the staff at Enterprise is great, but the prices are out of control. I wouldn't recommend Enterprise to any small business owners or any families who aren't made of money. I honestly can say that I won't be coming back to Enterprise for any of my future travel experiences. Avis was just as good and nearly 3 times cheaper.

So far I've rented from this particular location about three times now. This group of folks has always been informative and helpful with my questions. I've never had an issue with them so far! 

Just do your homework before you rent from Enterprise or call if you have questions and you'll have a decent time renting from them too!

I have rented through this location in the past with no problems. I booked this trip through Priceline, went to pick the vehicle up, and was told I need a credit card to pay, or 2 utility bills to pay with my debit card. Ice never had to do that before, but okay.  She stated it says this in the "fine print". I did not have a cc on me, just debit card. I spent about 30 min on my phone trying to get my utilities bills (super weird, btw) finally I get them, show her the copies, and they can't accept them because they have a balance. Could nobody tell me that in advance, or before I spent 45 min in the store?  Also, how come other places have debit or credit as options, but not here?  I cancelled my reservation due to the frustration of it all instead of going home to get my credit card. I won't be back here.

I would given it a zero but they changed out management and some staffing. It’s much easier to deal with them now. They also have very clean vehicles and great I mean amazing weekend specials!

I was very disappointed with this rental.  When we picked it up in Fargo, it had obviously just been run through the car wash; looked clean.  There was only one key for the vehicle.  Our first stop was 40 miles north.  The car was pulling to the right and I thought it needed alignment.  The next morning the low tire warning light was on.  Checking the tires, two were low and the valve stem caps were missing on all four.  Something sticky had been spilled on the console and not cleaned off.  Although the vehicle had been run through a car wash, the inside windows had not been cleaned.  They had a heavy film on them indicating that perhaps they hadn't been cleaned in quite some time.
