Came here from Florida to see grandparents. Had a reservation through enterprise and nobody was even there for us! Went next door to Avis and everyone was extremely friendly and the rates were much better! You guys have made me a new Avis customer,thank you!

I would honestly recommend this Avis to anyone looking to rent a car in Grand Forks. Initially, I had rented a car with Enterprise, but due to a flight delay was unable to pick up the car as Enterprise had inexplicably closed for the day at noon. 

The Avis agent was sympathetic to the situation and worked with me to find the best and most cost effective solution to my problem. 

Phenomenal customer service. I would definitely rent from this Avis again in the future.

Worst customer service ever! They lied, and squeezed every dollar they could out of my the management is awful

Worst experience ever!!! Called and made reservations....the quoted me a specific amount so I made sure that was all that I put in my acct.....when I went to get the car they then informed me that they would be withholding an extra 200 dollars from my acct....needless to say I now couldn't rent the car BC I only had the amount they quoted me.....next time I think they should inform there customers a bit better....they couldn't even offer me anything for my troubles! I'll stick to enterprise!!!
