Wonderful service at the Ledgewood location. Mandy picked me up in 10 minutes after my call and was very friendly. I spoke to Ryan and Alonzo on the phone and both answered my questions and were very accommodating. When I got there, the Manager Paul got me in and out in 5 minutes. Made it simple. Thanks so much.

Love renting from this location, always helpful, always friendly. They always come and pick up and drop off as well since I only have 1 car and typically rent when mine is going in for maintenance. Always go back when I need to rent, never think about anyone else.

so easily to get a car rental for my week visiting home, made the reservation for an awesome discounted rate on their Enterprise rent a car app and picked up a car 2 hours later. I called to check pricing for renters under 25yrs old and asked about AAA discounts so the employee said he could work with me to honor something and when I arrived despite having been offered an online rate about 50% off of what the in-store rental price was going for, they still gave me 5% off!! I was so pleased and they were SOOO nice about everything. Extremely helpful, i wish i got the manager and employees names to add here. Only thing I was not ecstatic about was the additional daily surcharge of $25/day because I am not 25years old yet but that is a company (and industry) wide policy not just here.

We rented a mini van, which is quite expensive and comes with limited miles, but given a full size sedan isn't really full size anymore, my wife, myself and three kids needed something a bit bigger for a weekend lacrosse tournament. I know this isn't Enterprises' fault exactly, but like so many rentals we have had with them before, the van smelled of cigarette smoke. Every time we entered the van, it was blast of a stale nicotine. Same thing when the climate controls first powered up. Another thing we noticed, and again, seems to be a recurring issue, the interior windshield was very dirty. All the other interior windows were clean, inside and out. The windshield was even clean on the outside. Just the inside with that hazy film every car gets. Then we had a torrential downpour during our travels. This was an extremely heavy downpour and we realized the windshield wiper blades were beyond their life. There was plenty of windshield cleaning fluid in the reservoir and using it seemed pointless with the lack of a decent blade. Between the worn out wiper blades and the dirty film inside, we had a horrible time seeing. We have rented from this location many times in the past and some of these issues like the dirty windshield and the smell of smoke are common. The worn out wiper blades, this was a first. The staff at the location are very friendly and accommodating and I would certainly rent with them again.
