It was a good experience with this Company, specially with Mount Olive Office, those guys are very good and friendly. I high recommend this company to rent a car, I have used before and I think the price are fairly.

Business associates at the location are very efficient and professional, the process is very well organised. The only reason that I did not give the highest rating is because only two vehicles are available at the time and the one that can provide enough seating for me was smoked in and I have to deal with the irritating smoke for almost a week.

WE WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN 
manager Matt big tittle for such rude inconsiderate employee 
please he should NOT work for this company or any other company that has to tend to the PUBLIC. ENTERPRISE SHOULD TAKE NOTICE .we are not the only ones with BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THIS LOCATION ...  we needed an emergency car for the weekend because our car broke down . when we first called they said they didn't have any compact cars for the weekend special. but when we made the only reservation they had cars available THEY JUST WANTED TO RENT US THE MORE EXPENSIVE CAR FOR 50 DOLLARS  A DAY. when we got there they try to stick us the smallest car on the lot ,the baby seat did not even fit right on the back seat and try to say " this wasn't a safe car to rent what if GOD FORBIT WE GOT INTO A CAR ACCIDENT. HOW DARE THIS PEOPLE PUT SUCH FEAR IN US ..  SO NOW WE GOT FORCED TO GET A MORE EXPENSIVE CAR ok left WITH NO OTHER OPTIONS we took it . while on the process of leaving a customer returned a car a bit bigger than the one the try to rent us . but still an ECONOMY CAR but according to them STILL NOT SAFE a Handai WHY DO ENTERPISE EVEN RENT US IF THEY EMPLOYEES ARE SAYING THEY ARE NOT SAFE FOR A FAMILY TO RIDE IN THEM.. but we took it .. the car was smelling like cigarettes and dirty ( he said he will note it ) BUT FOR OUR BUDGET we had too NO OTHER CHOICE and took it . as soon as we drove off the lot a we put gas and a light on the dashboard came ON, now i'm worry about our safety driving with a 2 1/2 and a 10 year old we called the office and was so nice to them  we asked if we could please switch cars because of this issue mind you they had a lot full of cars, Suvs, mini vans and the bigger GMCs,  but Mr Manager did not want to help at all, he wanted to stick us in the tiny little NOT SAFE car they had originally had for us or if we wanted to to go back and get a refund. (his exact words were "you can bring the car back and get refunded or get into the car the car seat dosent fit in or pay the $50 a day for bigger car") i said "you gave me a car with mechanical problems" and he said all he can do is refund me .....BUT WE WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER DEAL WITH THIS GUY OR LOCATION AGAIN ... now on the other hand we drove by the Mansfield location and pulled in and the MANAGER THERE Dave what a great guy he should be REGIONAL MANAGER he accommodated us in a BIG  MINI VAN at no additional cost because of the light on the dashboard and wanted us to be safe with our kids on the road that was his main priority ,  he was so friendly and understanding  even apologized   for the bad experience at the budd lake nj  and wanted to us as satisfied customer not like the inconsiderable incompetence of Budd lake office. Enterprise ia a family owned business and with employees like Matt is going to drive enterprise to bankruptcy and no longer in bussiness.  If it wasnt for Dave (i wish i knew his last name) but if it wasnt for him i would NEVER rent from enterprise again.

Great experience!  Initially rented the car for two days.  Auto body took longer then expected.  A quick simple phone call extended the rental with no questions asked!  Will definitly rent from Enterprise in Budd Lake again!
