Nice clean new car.  Only objection was when I wanted to exchange the car for a smaller car.  After 2 visits and one phone call I gave up.

I needed a rental car as mine was being worked on at the dealership and lucky for me the Enterprise rental lot was there. The staff at Enterprise were very helpful, friendly and professional. They walked me through the whole procedure and answered all my questions, I received a very nice, clean vehicle for my rental, had no problems with it and turn in was just as smooth of a transaction. I would recommend Enterprise for rental to my famply and friends.

Reservation was made through Priceline. I requested Punta Gorda airport and was given the intown location as the only option.  Only the address of Enterprise was given and NOT the fact that it was not the airport.  As a result I was not only inconvenienced by having to take a taxi to the location, I also had my cost increased by 20%.  This made Enterprise more expensive than the competition, in terms of both time and money.  The staff a Enterprise, at both the airport and the intown location, was very sympathetic with my situation and offered different options.  However, bottom line is I would have been better off, bot time and money wise, if I had gone with a competitor.  The problem was not directly a result of Enterprise,  their connection with Priceline is lacking.  THe results that Priceline shows are misleading and/or deceitful at best.
The actual rental vehicle was very good except that I had to wait for 15-20 minutes before a car was available even though it was past the time that I was supposed to pick up the vehicle.
